Joy Riderz

After spending much time in the saddle wearing a Motor-bike jacket. Looking almost twice my width and very masculine. I decided to design a jacket, to meet my requirements.

Most of our horses and ponies have their `silly` days and my jacket gave me confidence knowing I had some protection in my jacket, but I wanted more. As well as back, shoulder and elbow protection I wanted chest/ribs, hips and lower back.

I also required a stylish, fitted jacket, that kept me looking feminine.

On top of that, I wanted a horse riding jacket, with some protection, that I could wear in the summer

On our yard we have a mixture of horses and ponies, 10 in all, from a 11hh Section A `Little Bill` my daughters first pony, to a traditional cob youngster, `Harry Patch` to an ex-racer `Uncle Pat`. We wear our `Joy-riderz` jackets all day, from turning out in the morning, hacking, schooling ground work, mucking out, or doing anything down the yard. It`s so comfy, you don`t notice it has protection.
