Cushion Track Premier

Cushion Track Premier has been installed at many National and International Venues for Racing, Show Jumping, Dressage, Eventing, Polo and Training for its natural feel and performance.

Cushion Track Premier is a quality product that due to its synthetic nature is virtually indestructible. All of the component materials have complied with strict environmental issues in countries such as Australia Germany, North America and Canada. Cushion Track Premier is a unique combination of synthetic fibres all carefully weighed and blended with two grades of equestrian sand. The special wax binding can be manufactured to suit all climatic tolerances resulting in reduced maintenance requirements.

The Cushion Track Premier has a greater elasticity than other surface materials and by the incorporation of track memory technology it rapidly regains its original shape after hoof penetration thus guaranteeing total consistency.

Waxtrack has been developed especially to cater for the more discerning rider but where budget is a consideration. The components are a combination of synthetic fibre materials carefully processed to the correct lengths and mixed with a blend of high grade equestrian sand to guarantee the consistency of the final product. The addition of the wax binding means no watering and reduced maintenance requirements.

Arti-Turf Premier

Arti Turf Premier is a quality product that due to its synthetic nature is virtually indestructible. Its ability to absorb impact and cohesion comes from a root structure which emulates turf, thus keeping the horses working ‘off the top’. Durable but forgiving man made fibres maximise economic life and create a quality surface wholly sympathetic with the horse. The graded silica sands, elastic, polyester and rubber fibre blend improves impact absorption and provides a high performance cushioned surface for applications and disciplines more demanding underfoot. The high synthetic structure helps to retain moisture for longer. Arti-Turf Classic

Multi purpose artificial synthetic riding surface consisting of a carefully perfected blend of selected natural and synthetic fibres and rubber premixed with a special multi washed silica sand to achieve the optimum consistency. Arti-Turf Classic is suitable for all applications and disciplines more demanding underfoot, including dressage, show jumoing, carriage driving, polo, lunging and general schooling. Extensively used for both indoor and outdoor arenas, lunging areas, horse walkers, gallops and canters.

Economy Track

Economytrack was developed for the smaller professional yard or the owner rider who want the advantages of a premixed surface at an economical price. Durable but forgiving man made fibres maximise economic life and create a quality surface wholly sympathetic with the horse. Two grades of silica sand, durable synthetic fibres and minute particles of rubber are blended through the manufacturing process to give a more consistent ride. Economytrack has proven to be one of the most popular premixed surfaces available to date with satisfied customers ranging from Equestrian Centres and Colleges through to the private user. The Economytrack stabilizing fibres and sand can be supplied and laid separately and mixed together in situ by use of a mechanical rotovator or power harrow. Frequent maintenance would be recommended to guarantee total consistency. Economy Track is recommended for Training Tracks, Novice Show Jumping, Dressage, and general schooling.

Budget Track

Budget Track is a truly cost effective premixed surface option.  Synthetic rubber fibre is blended with graded equestrian silica sand to provide all the benefits of a premixed synthetic riding surface for a very minimal outlay.

Budget Track is suitable for light to medium use and general schooling but can be adapted to suit most disciplines such as dressage and jumping  by following our recommended maintenance procedures and by use of specialist maintenance equipment.

Properties & Performance:

  • The Premier Stabilizer is the most advanced non waxed additive available on the market today.
  • It is a durable man made material
  • The Premier Stabilizer Fibre is carefully chopped to correct lengths to increase traction and absorb impact, the materials used are made from 100% Polypropylene, as there is no wool present the element of  rotting is not an issue.
  • The Elastic fibre adds flexibility to the surface creating return.
  • The Polychop fibre adds vertical and horizontal support and reduces surface penetration.
  • All these fibres are very hardwearing and virtually indestructible. 
  • It forms an artificial root structure simulating the natural properties of turf and therefore creates a quality footing wholly sympathetic with the horse.
  • The Premier Stabilizer binds with the sand giving it an ability to absorb impact that emulates turf, this in return ensures the risk of the jarring to the horses is minimal.
